HHWAB is a non-profit organization established in 1992 with head office in Skardu, registered under volunteers Act-1961 with registration authority Skardu Government of Pakistan. The Board of Directors (BoD) governs its functions. The board members come from the project area and are highly qualified in their respective fields. BOD holds regular meetings on monthly basis and pay periodical visits to oversee the organizational activities as well as the performance of administrative block and field representatives. In this way, BOD maintains regular contact with all stakeholders as well the beneficiaries.

Teacher skill development program for in-service teacher of Government as well as private section schools
HHWAB will open branches of the existing Vocation Training Center in different valleys of Baltistan to produce skilled women for their socio economic empowerment
